Jet-Vac Suction And Discharge Systems.

Air powered suction and discharge system suitable for use in any potentially explosive area or atmosphere where anti-static properties are required. Suitable for the following applications :- Oil, Sludge, Mud , Silt, Sea Water and viscous materials requiring environmental control.

Industrial vacuum and materials handling equipment manufactured from High quality stainless steel complete with all welded stainless steel skid with certified lifting points at each corner also ground clearance stainless steel channels to accommodate fork lift truck handling.

A completely automated cycle to provide a suction, filtration and discharge operation.

The holding tank capacity is approximately 100 litres. Fitted with a stainless steel mesh filter. High and low level probes controlled by air operated magnetic level switches supplying the pilot air to either the vacuum pump for filling or the diaphragm pump for discharging.

A range of anti static hoses and hand tools available on request.

AIR CONSUMPTION CAN BE REDUCED ONCE OPTIMUM WORKING PRESSURE IS ESTABLISHED. THIS WILL REDUCE RUNNING COSTS AND NOISE LEVELS.
